The Queer Care Fund, a project of the Reproductive Freedom Fund of New Hampshire, is New Hampshire’s only statewide grassroots gender-affirming care fund. We provide direct financial assistance and transportation support to patients accessing care at the state’s two independent gender-affirming care clinics.

Since launching in 2022, we have helped more than 300 Granite Staters access care, distributing nearly $30,000 in direct support. In partnership with more than 100 locations across the state, we also provide free emergency contraception to community members who need it.

This year, we are expanding our programming to include direct cash assistance, peer support programs, harm reduction services, and additional community care initiatives. These expansions were shaped by listening sessions with transgender community members held across New Hampshire earlier this year, ensuring our work remains grounded in the real needs of the people we serve.

Our organization is committed to building a future where everyone in the Granite State can access affordable, safe, and affirming healthcare and support. With your help, we can reach our Give OUT Day goal of $5,000 — enough to cover approximately three months of care for low-income patients at one of New Hampshire’s independent clinics. At a time when the transgender community is under attack, this support is more crucial than ever.
