Community Uplift Program

We provide Transgender Cultural Competency Training, in which we teach best practices and current verbiage for transgender and gender nonbinary individuals. 

Also, the Harbor Health Clinic, will prescribe Gender Affirming Hormone Therapy using Informed Consent. As a nonprofit (EIN: 81-0876777), we also use a sliding fee scale and take most insurances, so we do not ask a payment if the patient is not able to do so.
