Over half, or nearly 60 percent identify as underrepresented groups. We offer two culturally specific program to meet the unique needs of the diverse community we serve.
Bradley Angle’s LGBTQ Program provides culturally-relevant, anti-oppressive support and advocacy for self-identified LGBTQ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer) people of all genders who are surviving abuse. As the only program of its kind in the state of Oregon, our LGBTQ Program offers individual advocacy, group support, resource referrals, safety planning, and housing assistance to survivors throughout Multnomah, Washington, and Clackamas counties. Additionally, Bradley Angle’s Healthy Relationships Classes reach not only LGBTQ people who have already experienced domestic violence, but also those who are at risk. Through the 8-week classes, individuals and couples learned how to build healthier relationships, recognize, prevent and interrupt domestic violence.
