Food For Thought is dedicated to meeting the nutritional needs of Sonoma County residents affected by HIV and other serious illnesses. We provide weekly bags of groceries including fresh produce, whole grains, healthy protein sources, prepared meals, vitamins, and supplements to 800 men, women, and children. Our clients can also attend cooking classes and receive one-on-one nutrition counseling from a registered dietician. Home delivery is provided to one-third of our clients who are homebound or unable to travel to our facility. Three days per week we offer hot lunch at the food bank. All of our services are available at no cost to clients.
