Food For Thought is dedicated to meeting the nutrition needs of Sonoma County residents affected by HIV and other serious illness. We provide weekly bags of groceries including fresh produce, whole grains, healthy protein sources, prepared meals, vitamins, and supplements to over 800 men, women, and children. Our clients can also attend cooking classes and receive one-on-one nutrition counseling from a registered dietician. Home delivery is provided to one-third of our clients who are homebound or unable to travel to our facility. We also offer a hot lunch three days per week at the food bank. All of our services are available at no cost to clients.
