Here are some of the milestones your gift makes possible!
Deepen and Expand the Reconciling in Christ Program: RIC partners have increased by 90.22% in the last 50 months. The 2019 goal is to welcome 250 new RIC partners, making 12% of the ELCA a part of the RIC program.
Building an Inclusive Church: Host 15 BIC training across the country as a to support faith communities on their journey of discernment in becoming RIC. Train the Trainer: Work with 20+ volunteers from all around the country to become trained trainers, equipped to lead the BIC training. 
ChurchWide Assembly 2019:  This assembly will commemorate 10 years since policy change for LGBTQIA Rostered Leaders.  ReconcilingWorks will be working with partners to offer a variety of ways to be being visible, giving thanks, and naming the work that is still before us.
Resource Development: Creating three new resources, focused on Scripture and LGBTQIA+
community, LGBTQIA Aging, and providing Care to LGBTQIA+ people and clergy in rural areas.
