Horizons' goal is to make registration as clear and simple as possible. Each participating organization must register with BOTH Give OUT Day's host site (provided by "Click & Pledge") AND the merchant service provider, (named "TSYS"*), which routes donors' contributions to your organization. Neither registration is difficult, but you must complete both. To register for Give OUT Day on 04-18-2019, please follow the five instructions below and then follow the steps specific to your organization "type" (explained in # 2 below) by clicking the link in for your org type (#3 below).
1. Determine your Eligibility:
What makes an organization eligible to participate in Give OUT Day?
Any 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with an LGBTQ focus is eligible to participate. You can find more information in our Nonprofit FAQs and the Rules & Eligibility criteria.
2. Determine Your Organization type:
Returning Participant - If you participated in Give OUT Day 2015, 2016, 2017, and/or 2018
Independent Nonprofit - If you are an independent 501(c)(3) with your own tax-exempt status and bank account
Fiscally Sponsored Organization - You are a program or project (including artists or filmmakers) sponsored by an Independent Nonprofit
PFLAG, GSA, or GLSEN Chapter
LGBTQ Program Inside an Independent Nonprofit - You are running an LGBTQ program inside an independent 501(c)(3) with its own tax-exempt status
3. Follow the Instructions for your Organization type:
4. Fill out the Participant Survey to register for Leaderboard Prizes
5. Set up your Give OUT Day profile page (this is necessary in order to fundraise on Give OUT Day).

Who are Click & Pledge and ProPay?
Click & Pledge provides the platform for the Give OUT Day website. Along with participating in this event, as an additional value, you may also take advantage of all other fundraising products Click & Pledge provides at no additional charge. Click & Pledge's merchant bank payment processing provider is ProPay. The Account Application allows ProPay to process payments and deposits funds directly into your organization's bank account within 48 hours or by April 23,02019. Accounts with both Click & Pledge and ProPay are needed to participate in Give OUT Day.
