On Give OUT Day, people across the country come together to support LGBTQIA+ organizations that show up for our communities year-round. This is about more than generosity — it’s about choosing each other.

Affirmation is an independent, nonprofit organization creating communities of safety, love, and hope for LGBTQIA+ people across the U.S. and around the world. For nearly five decades, we’ve supported LGBTQIA+ individuals as they navigate identity, family, culture, and belonging — on their own terms.

We are not affiliated with or governed by any religious institution. We are led by LGBTQIA+ people and allies who believe everyone deserves dignity, autonomy, and the freedom to live authentically.
