For over 35 years, we’ve been a beacon of hope and resilience—providing life-saving services, affirming programs, and fierce advocacy for LGBTQ+ people across Santa Cruz and Monterey counties.

A dedicated LGBTQ+ center makes a real difference. It’s where a teen can show up fully at Queer Youth Prom. Where a senior gains tools for healthy living at a Wisdom Workshop. Where LGBTQ+ people of every experience can access affirming mental health care, safe spaces, and programs designed by and for us.

At The Diversity Center, we’re building more than services—we’re creating spaces where Queerness is power, where healing is communal, and where differences are not just accepted, but celebrated.
