For 51 years, Equality Health Center (EHC) has been a lifeline for LGBTQIA+ healthcare in New Hampshire. As an independent, nonprofit provider, we offer gender-affirming hormone therapy, PrEP for HIV prevention, inclusive sexual and reproductive healthcare, and a safe, welcoming space for all identities.

But we’re more than a clinic—we’re a community partner. We show up. We attend Pride events across the state, host the Concord Pride 5K, and lead inclusivity trainings for schools and businesses to help create safer, more affirming spaces for LGBTQIA+ people everywhere.

But as attacks on LGBTQIA+ rights escalate, so do the challenges we face. EHC has lost over $450,000 in funding, putting these vital services at risk. Now more than ever, we need your support.
