LGBTQ leaders can feel isolated and attacked in the best of times. These days, they are under immense pressure due to the constant challenges from the right. They need the support our organization gives to do their jobs authentically. 

Institutional funds to support our work are drying up as the political climate has changed. Colleges and universities around the country are under pressure to eliminate spending on programs like ours. LGBTQ Leaders in Higher Education is the only national organization dedicated to the support and development of LGBTQ professionals in academia. 

We need $7,500 to replace the expected loss of institutional memberships in 2025. Will you give $500 to help us reach our goal of $7,500. That will replace the loss of 3 large institutional memberships.
