LGBTQ Rolla

In many communities, LGBTQ+ individuals still face barriers to feeling seen, supported, and connected. Access to affirming spaces, inclusive events, and local resources isn’t always guaranteed—especially in smaller towns.

That’s why we created LGBTQ+ Rolla—a local 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on building connection, visibility, and support right here at home.

Each year, our Pride Celebration brings together over 600 people for a night of joy, community, and belonging. But our work doesn’t stop there. Through the LGBTQ+ Rolla Center, we provide an affirming queer space year-round—a place where people can gather, find resources, and feel safe being themselves.

This year, LGBTQ+ Rolla is setting an ambitious goal: raising $10,000 to power our 2026 Pride Celebration and sustain the life-changing work happening every day at our Community Center.

To help launch this effort, the Hitachi Rainbow & Allies ERG has proudly committed $1,000 in support of our mission and is calling on our community to rise alongside them. Between now and Give OUT Day on June 4, we’re asking supporters to help us match their generosity and prove just how powerful our community can be when we come together.
