One of the nation's largest and most comprehensive LGBTQ Centers, we have been empowering LGBTQ Houston since 1978. The Montrose Center empowers our community, primarily lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) individuals and their families, to enjoy healthier and more fulfilling lives.

Providing meals for LGBTQ seniors • getting LGBTQ homeless youth off the street • providing emergency shelter to domestic violence survivors • helping someone learn new coping skills as they overcome addiction • channeling wellness through activities such as yoga, meditation, walking, etc. • providing support groups so that, above all, you know that you are not alone • and so very much more. We are proud to impact more than 100,000 lives each year.
