ONE Community Foundation is building a more inclusive and competitive Arizona where everyone can live, work, and thrive—no matter who they are or whom they love.

We are the home of two of Arizona’s most impactful inclusion efforts: Respect for Marriage Arizona (RespectForMarriage.com) and the UNITY Pledge (UNITYPledge.com). Through these initiatives, we educate communities, engage businesses, and bring together leaders from across the state to ensure all legally recognized marriages are treated with dignity and fairness, and that LGBTQ Arizonans and their allies are protected from discrimination in workplaces, housing, and public accommodations.

Our work happens at the intersection of equality and economic development. We partner with employers, faith and community leaders, and everyday Arizonans to:

• Provide trainings and tools that help organizations create truly inclusive policies and cultures.

• Grow the UNITY Pledge, Arizona’s largest equality pledge, uniting thousands of businesses and individuals in support of equal treatment.

• Advance public education around Respect for Marriage so Arizona’s laws reflect the reality and diversity of today’s families.
