JUST IN TIME FOR PRIDE MONTH!!! The Fresno Spectrum Center is a local LGBTQ2+ and Ally Resource and Community Center in Fresno. The services offered are FREE for connections to local services for emergency, victim or self sustaining needs; as well as providing space for groups to hold meetings, activities and small group events such as LGBTQ2+ Art Night, Trans Art Night, [Children's} Spectrum Story Hour, Youth Tyme, LGBT Fresno's Game Day and Saturday Game Days. The team also organizes community benefitting events such as LGBTQ2+ and Ally September Spectacular Resource Fair, Adopt a Grandparent for the Holidays, and Adopt a Youth [In an orphanage in Mexico] for the Holidays.

Unfortunately, many of the grants we have depended to apply for have been redirected to vicitms hardest hit by COVID-19. Our fundraising plans for DRAG BINGOS, Rummage sales, Fundraising dinner and shows and Creative Class Nights, have also been cancelled due to the epidemic. Those opportunities are no longer available, so we now look toward to the community for financial support to keep us operational.

The doors may have been closed, but the service has never stopped. We have helped several families with food deliveries, donated many yards of material for people making masks for those in need or working on the frontlines, we have connected individuals to local resources, and of course continue to apply for grants hoping to be approved for one.

We greatly appreciate any and all the support from the community, for helping us in the past, helping us in the present and helping us for the future.  ~~ From all of us at The Fresno Spectrum Center, Thank You
