Rainier Roller Riot

Who We Are: Rainier Roller Riot (RRR) is a roller derby league based in West and South Seattle, Washington. We are a small team open to skaters of all genders and committed to making space for BIPOC, queer, and trans skaters. Our mission is to create a space where everyone can show up as they are, we’ll meet them where they’re at, and to have fun! 

Why We Need Your Help: We are fundraising for the second year of Bam Bam BIPOC Slam, a flagship no-cost bootcamp for skaters of color. We created Bam Bam to offer a space for BIPOC skaters to start or progress their roller derby journeys without the fear and discomfort often associated with a predominantly-white space. This year, we will be creating the program in partnership with the BIPOC Alliance of Terrific Skaters (BATS). 

How You Can Help: Your donations will help us cover practice space for Bam Bam, pay BIPOC coaches, expand our gear library, and keep roller derby accessible!
