Our Mission

We cultivate ecosystems of safety, healing, and collective growth with and for an intersectional community of LGBTQI+ displaced persons to affirm the leaders that only they can be.

Our Programs

Global Family Initiative 

At the heart of the Global Family Initiative is a deep commitment to cultivating community resilience and empowering local leadership. We work to connect individuals with essential resources such as safe housing, nutritious food, psychosocial support, and critical information, ensuring every person has what they need to thrive. Through seed funding and wellbeing resources, we support alumni-led and community-rooted ventures that are developing tailored, sustainable solutions to the unique challenges they face.

By investing in grassroots social impact projects and providing direct aid, including shelter, food, and emergency relief, we help foster economic, environmental, and social well-being. Each action builds a pathway toward long-term sustainability and inclusive growth.

The Dream Academy

The Dream Academy is a comprehensive 15-week psychosocially supportive leadership training program, designed especially for the doubly marginalized refugee community. It aims to prepare participants to be empowered leaders in whatever career or life path they choose by creating the space for our community members to recognize and celebrate their own strength and resilience. The curriculum emphasizes socio-emotional wellness, job readiness, and leadership skills.
