TFSS is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization based in San Diego, California, serving those across the United States. We offer support to transgender and nonbinary youth and their families through their journeys with gender.
Our team supports youth and families through our peer-to-peer support groups, insurance navigation, trainings and education, gender-affirming gear program, and developing in-person opportunities for our youth and families to engage with one another.
