Trans youth are under attack, and we need our allies to stand up.

Right now, across the country, anti-trans legislation is stripping away the rights, healthcare, and dignity of our youth and adults. Funders are retreating. Politicians are doubling down. And we are left looking around, asking: Who is still with us?

For over a decade, TFSS has been a lifeline, providing FREE support groups, family coaching, gender-affirming resources, education, and advocacy for trans youth. We are not backing down. But we cannot do this without allies who are willing to show up.

While gender affirming care becomes harder to get for youth, we're putting gender-affirming clothing directly in their hands.

While insurance companies create barriers to care, we're navigating those systems to make sure trans youth and adults get what they need.
