Triangle LGBTQ Group

The Triangle LGBTQ Group provides friendly, safe, and inclusive services, activities, and events that focus on building community and healthy relationships and on cultivating new and lasting friendships. Our main goal this year is to end the isolation that so many have endured and to bring our members together more with service oriented activities.

As part of our We Are Families (WAF) Program, we work on fostering a sense of belonging by connecting LGBTQ+ individuals, couples, and families to one another and to local resources. The program’s objective is for participants to be their whole selves while learning with and from one another and forging new, lasting, productive and healthy relationships through supportive connections, recreational activities, workshops, support groups, and other services and resources.

Our Connected Communities Program promotes active lifestyle, social events, small-group networking opportunities through community events and activities.

Through our Community Outreach Program, we direct resources and promote the activities of other worthy organizations and causes.
