Invest in Queer Futures: Support LGBTQ Youth Scholarships

LGBTQ SAVES saves lives by providing youth with a place to feel socially, emotionally, and physically safe and supported. Since 2010, we’ve watched our youth grow in confidence, pursue higher education, and return as leaders and mentors for the next generation.

This year, we’re focusing our Give OUT Day campaign on raising funds for  scholarships for LGBTQ youth continuing their education at local colleges, universities, and trade schools. We currently have an estimated 40 active members planning to enroll this fall.

These scholarships aren’t just financial assistance—they are lifelines. Our programs support youth who have felt invisible, isolated, and at times hopeless. Education, community, and encouragement can be the difference between despair and a future filled with purpose.

 Here's how your donation makes a difference:

• $1,000 – Provides a full scholarship to one student

• $500 – Helps with textbooks, fees, or housing deposits

• $100 – Covers supplies or transportation

• Any amount – Affirms our youth’s worth and helps them thrive
