South Georgia Pride, Inc

South Georgia Pride is located in Valdosta, GA and hosts the annual South Georgia Pride Festival every September.  We are advocates against Bullying.  We strive to provide a positive and safe environment for all LGBT in our surrounding counties.  We host events to help educate and prevent the spread of HIV/AIDS by offering free testing.  Our Pride Festival every year grows in numbers and strength, we reach over 2,000 people at that event.  By having monthly support meetings and hosting events for families, we ensure that our community has a fun and safe events.  Our members are all ages and include families.  As Georgia is still in the fight for Marriage Equality it is very important for small town LGBT communites to have a chance to be supported and embraced.
