Founded in 1983, Silicon Valley Gay Men's Chorus's mission is to inspire and unite the diverse LGBTQIA2S+ community through musical excellence and pride.

SVGMC is proud to welcome anyone who can sing as a tenor, baritone, or bass, regardless of gender, sexuality, abledness, or ethnicity.

SVGMC's vision is to transform and unite our global community through song.

SVGMC will always:

Value the contributions of singers and non-singers to the organization;

Support ongoing improvement of our singers through rehearsals, committed participation, and regular attendance;

Support sound organizational structure that includes fiscal solvency, open communication, and strong leadership;

Promote acceptance, justice, and equality for all in the community;
