Prize recipients are determined through a random selection process, with the exception of Power Hours. Per the prize structure, our system selects one random donation made on GiveOUTDay.org, and the organization receiving that donation is named as the winner of that prize. 

Power Hours are based on dollars raised on GiveOUTDay.org at 12 pm ET and 10 pm ET on June 5, 2025. The top three organizations to raise the most money during those hours receive prizes of $500, $400, and $300, respectively. 

As long as your organization is registered and approved to participate in Give OUT Day 2025, you’re eligible for prizes! Please note that regional prizes are limited to organizations whose legal address is within those regions.

Yes! There’s no limit to the number of prizes an organization can win. Every donation made during Give OUT 2025 has an equal chance of securing a prize!

Hooray! Give OUT Day prizes are subject to approval by the GiveMN Board of Directors (GiveMN is the host of Give OUT Day). Once approved, your prize will be sent to you through your regularly scheduled Mightycause disbursement by July 31, 2025.

Thank you for helping make Give OUT Day possible with your generosity! Every donation you make on GiveOUTDay.org between May 22 and June 30, 2025, is eligible to help secure a prize for the cause to which you made a donation.
