More and more families with trans youth are moving to Minnesota, hoping for a more welcoming home. Transforming Families is a community where transgender, gender non-conforming, and questioning youth and their families come together to support each other in a welcoming and respectful space.

At our monthly gatherings throughout Minnesota, groups for parents, kids, siblings, and teens provide the opportunity to meet and learn from other people traveling the same path. As a community, we work together to make sure our children can grow up happy and safe in Minnesota.
