Aryn's Queer 27th Birthday Fundraiser for OutNE

Hi! I'm Aryn (they/he). I've lived in Nebraska my whole life, and am a proud, openly queer and trans Nebraskan.

I've been honored to be a part of the OutNebraska team for the last two years. As the community organizer, I help people learn about LGBTQ+ issues, advocate for themselves and their families, and connect folks with our large queer community.

I'm turning 27 this year, and would like you to help me celebrate! Let's get 27 donors, one for each of my queer birthdays, and help us continue to make a difference in the lives of LGBTQ+ Nebraskans.

Nebraska's state motto is: Equality above the law.  Members of Nebraska's LGBTQ population don't always feel that this motto lives up to it's truth. We have been fighting for equal rights for a long time and won't stop until we are heard. OutNebraska is an advocate in the state capitol for our community; we follow the bills, testify, and train others to share their stories. However, we aren't all work and no play - OutNebraska is also working hard to create a safe community for all, statewide.  From Pride to the Prairie Pride Film Fest, we offer something for everyone! Every dollar donated helps to keep OutNebraska working towards making Nebraska a fair and equitable place to live and love.
