Borja's 39th Birthday Fundraiser

My birthday has already passed, but the fundraiser is still open until #GivingTuesday! See below for the original description of the fundraiser:

Hey, it's my birthday again! For the last couple years, I've been telling my friends to not get me any gifts for my birthday, as I would much prefer that they spend the money on a donation to an LGBT charity. This year, I'm raising funds for The Trevor Project, the leading national organization providing crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to LGBTQ youth.

(You may remember that, last year, I raised funds for National Center for Transgender Equality. They're awesome, but I choose a different charity each year because, to quote Dolly Levi, "Money, pardon the expression, is like manure. It's not worth a thing unless it's spread around, encouraging young things to grow.")

Last year, my awesome birthday-wishers donated $2,004, and I provided a matching donation for that same amount, so we raised nearly $4,008!

Let's see if we can do better this year. Like last year, I will match the first $2,500 of your donations. That's right, people: if you collectively donate $2,500, The Trevor Project will get a $5,000 check (and you will truly make this the best birthday I could wish for).
