Holden's Fundraiser for Maven Youth

Many LGBTQ youth face much discrimination and hate in the US. Most states have anti-LGBTQ bills or legislation. Queer youth also have significantly higher suicide rates.

Maven Youth has always been a youth first organization dedicated to supporting and creating safe communities for LGBTQ youth. Young people have been at the forefront of the decision-making at Maven Youth. Our staff are there to hold the space for the youth to shine in the spotlight! We believe that youth voices are powerful and should be listened to, as they are our future.

$1,000 would go right back into our Youth Leadership program! This amount can play for flights, meals, or/and travel stipends for our youth leaders.

LGBTQ Youth need us. If we could reach one more young person, or give someone a chance they otherwise wouldn't have gotten, then that makes everything worth it. Help us create a safe environment where everyone, no matter their orientation, gender identity, race, or who they are, are free to explore the world in the way that brings us together. Where our differences aren't shamed or vilified.
