The Milwaukee LGBT Community Center is dedicated to serving the needs of LGBTQ people and to making the Greater Milwaukee area safer and more inclusive. We focus on anti-violence, healthy relationships, counseling, Youth & Elder Adult programming, and more. Our Center’s resources include a lending library with over 2000 LGBT titles, meeting space for over 100 groups during the year, computer/internet access, and referrals.
This Give Out Day we are simply letting you know who we are and what we do. We will be releasing a series of videos where our staff and community members will talk to you about what they do, why they do it, why it's important, what the center means to them, and more.
We ask that you listen to our stories, get to know us, and hopefully, you will learn something new about the center and the LGBTQ+ community.
The videos will be released throughout June, leading up to our Give Out Day Facebook Live fundraiser on June 30th.
