Hello! My name is Ying and I'm a Steering Committee member at API Equality-LA.~✨
During the month of June and as part of Give OUT Day, I'm raising $1,500 for API Equality-LA, a grassroots organization that builds community power in LGBTQ Asian and Pacific Islander communities in the greater Los Angeles area. API Equality-LA is trying to raise $25,000 to support our programming and advocacy around our wellness and mental health campaign called Transforming Community Care. API Equality-LA is also raising funds for Project Q's gender affirming care packages; Project Q is a nonprofit salon and community center providing services to homeless LGBTQIA+ youth in Los Angeles. I'm raising money as a part of Give OUT Day, the only national day of giving for the LGBTQ community. Donations made between June 1 and June 30 count toward my goal. Your donation may even help API Equality-LA earn thousands in additional prize money if they get the most donors!
