Still Bisexual was a huge part of my coming out journey and I hope you'll consider supporting its critical programs with a donation.

I met the founder, Nicole, at an LGBTQ+ women's health event in 2016 when I was working at Planned Parenthood. I was very in the closet but liked snark of the name ("Yep... I'm still bisexual... it's not a phase").

I asked Nicole to get a coffee to discuss how Still Bisexual and Planned Parenthood could work together and Nicole astutely asked me if I had "a personal reason for connecting with Still Bisexual."

And for only one of the second or third times in my life so far, I replied, "....I think I'm bisexual??????"

Fast forward to now, and I am, indeed, bisexual and out -- and Still Bisexual is a full-blown national education,  outreach and advocacy nonprofit serving everyone who identifies under the Bi+ umbrella (bi, pan, fluid, queer, etc).

But Still Bisexual is still building up sustained funding sources. Unfortunately, even though Bi+ people make up 52% of the LGBTQ+ community, Bi+ organizations only receive 1% (not a typo) of LGBTQ+ related foundation giving and grants.

We're hoping that our friends, family and supporters can provide some seed money for the next fiscal year -- so our small-but-mighty volunteer base can expand its current storytelling, education and communications programs and create new advocacy and events programming! Building up these programs in 2021-22 will help us raise large private donations and foundation money to build up the programs even more across the country -- and the cycle goes around and around.

We have so many great ideas and the demand is there for Bi+ focused programs -- we just need your support to make it happen! Thank you for whatever you can give during this campaign.
