Increase Access to Gender-Affirming Care

Transition Health grew from one physician to three medical providers and two electrologists over the past year in response to oppression and bigotry. We're taking new patients in from the waiting list as fast as possible, but we're still waiting for insurance companies to let our new providers into their networks so we can be paid for the gender-affirming care we provide. Over 90% of the healthcare we provide is to people eligible for Medicaid and/or receiving free and sliding scale care.

There is a vast need for gender-affirming services in our area that keeps increasing as more gender-diverse and queer people move into our sanctuary state. Please help us bridge the gap so we can help our community!
