For over 30 years, Equality Texas (EQTX) has served as the largest statewide organization solely dedicated to securing full equality for LGBTQ+ Texans.
In 2021, during the 87th Texas Legislative Session’s regular and three special sessions, EQTX fended off over 75 anti-LGBTQ+ attacks at the State Capitol. And as we head into what will be one of the most contentious legislative sessions in our history in 2023, EQTX is going to need tremendous support to defeat any attempts to “roll back” current progress towards full equality.
