For more than a decade, He She Ze & We (HSZ&W) has been a lifeline for Transgender and Nonbinary people, their families and allies across Virginia.

• *Where parents learn how to affirm and support their children 
• *Where Trans kids find belonging and safety
• *Where Trans adults are connected to the resources and support they need 
• *Where communities learn how to create safer, more inclusive communities

Since our grassroots beginnings in 2012, HSZ&W has grown into a statewide nonprofit supporting thousands of families through education, support, advocacy, and community building.

This past year has been one of the hardest our community has faced. But we are still here.

We are still supporting families and Trans people of all ages. 
We are still educating workplaces, schools, and community groups. 
We are still advocating for Trans rights across Virginia.

Our goal is to ensure that Trans and Nonbinary people can live safely and authentically, with the support of their families, allies, and communities.

We do this through four pillars: Education - Support - Advocacy - Community Building
