As a new Board Member of North Star LGBTQ+ Community Center, I'm excited to participate in our friendly Give OUT Day competition. The challenge is to see who can raise the MOST money and get the MOST donors.
Every contribution supports:
- The 14th Annual Pride Cookout (June 6th)
- Our 2nd "North Star's Rising Star" drag pageant at Cocktails for a Cause (June 5th)
- Growing programs like our S.A.G.E. Youth Club, Crafty Queers, and monthly Music Round
- Creating new programs to meet our community's needs such as Pride Playdate for children of LGBT families, Rainbow Romp dance lessons, and the new young adult group
- Maintaining our welcoming space with free WiFi, snacks, and resources
