GiveOUT Day - Pride Month Fundraiser

When I was young, there were no role models, there were no protections under the law and being LGBTQ+ meant having to hide my true self to be safe from loosing my job or my life. I swore as a young teen that when I got older I would work to leave this world a better place for my LGBTQ+ brothers and sisters etc. As a long-time Board of Director and Chair of Equality Virginia, I have worked hard along with other dedicated LGBTQ+ activist and pro-LGBTQ+ organizations to make changes. We have been very successful in the last few years but our work is not over. Covid 19 has severely affected our ability to fund raise and we need your support to continue our work for Equality, Inclusion and Protections for our LGBTQ+ community here in VA and the country.
