I'm super frustrated with how the rights of trans kids in San Diego are being eroded. This fight isn't just about other states - it's happening right here at our school board meetings.

This year, as we’re facing unprecedented legal challenges threatening the safety and future of LGBTQ+ youth, Trans Family Support Services (TFSS) is raising $15,000 to advocate for their rights. Your donation supports the newest TFSS initiative, Defending Equality, in mobilizing and training allies to support LGBTQ+ students while continuing our direct services and programs for all. Your support will help to create and protect safe environments for LGBTQ+ youth.

Defending Equality is a coalition of allied adults creating safer schools & communities for LGBTQ+ youth in San Diego County. Defending Equality works to mobilize allies of LGBTQ+ youth in order to combat the dangerous, hateful rhetoric showing up in school board meetings across San Diego County.
