Phyllis' Fundraiser for Family Tree Clinic

I’m raising money for Family Tree Clinic, a nonprofit clinic dedicated to providing excellent and affordable sexual health care services for our communities. 

Family Tree Clinic is trying to raise $15,000 to help offset the cost of care for people using their sliding-fee scale. Your support helps to ensure that everyone has access to the quality health care they deserve, without the burden and stress of worrying about medical bills.

It would mean a lot to me if you made a donation. I've been a Nurse Practitioner at Family Tree Clinic for 12 years, and in this time, I've seen firsthand the profound impact our care has in people's lives.

I’m doing this as part of Give OUT Day, a fundraising campaign culminating on June 30th, and the ONLY national day of giving for the LGBTQ community. Give OUT Day is June 5th, and donations made now until June 30th count toward my goal.
