Now you can help The Sundance Association for Country-Western Dancing a.k.a. Sundance Saloon AND Texas Rose Dance at the same time. An anonymous donor will give Texas Rose $10 for every new donor to Sundance's 2021 Give Out Day campaign, up to $250 total.

We need as many different people as possible to donate just $10 by June 30 (9 pm PDT). Sundance is in a competition for the most unique donors between June 1 and June 30 through its Horizons Foundation Give OUT Day portal. Your $10 gift will help Sundance vie for up to $10,000 in additional grant funding, which is desperately needed to help counter losses from the COVID-19 pandemic.

Unique donors should have different names and email addresses, and we recommend different credit cards as well. (In other words, don't try to fool the system by using different email addresses for the same person.) PLEASE NOTE: Two $10 donations from two different people will be more valuable than one $20 donation.

As you probably already know, the Sundance Association is best known for its twice-weekly Sundance Saloon event, closed since March, 2020, but reopening August 8. Sundance Saloon is more than just a place to dance. It is a rare place of unfettered joy, where everyone feels welcome and comfortable, and the foundation of a strong community.

Like many nonprofit organizations, the Sundance Association has taken significant financial hit this year due to the loss of its primary source of income from the closure of Sundance Saloon. Still, Sundance has continued to serve the community through weekly live-stream lessons, twice-weekly outdoor line dance events, and other community-building projects.

Your tax-deductible donation of just $10 could be the key to unlocking that $10,000 grant for Sundance, help Sundance remain strong as it emerges from the pandemic year, and benefit Texas Rose too!
