I support transgender equality and I am asking you, my family and friends, to help me support this community which I care so deeply for. While there are several great organizations, this year, I am working to raise money for the National Center for Transgender Equality (NCTE). NCTE is a team of hard-working staff members supported by a nationwide community of transgender people, allies, and advocates with an extensive record of winning life-saving change for transgender people. 

During the month of pride, you can turn your $10 donation into $10,000 to support NCTE and our work.

For every $10+ donation we receive, NCTE gets credited with a new donor. The organization who has the largest number of donors between June 1st and June 30th gets a $10,000 grant from the Horizons Foundation (the org who is in charge of Give Out Day).
