Maven Youth

What does Maven Youth do? 

We foster safe spaces for LGBT+ youth ages 14-24 to explore careers in the tech sector and build leadership skills while navigating the impact technology has had on social and emotional wellness. Our programs include summer camps, a leadership council, internships, mentorship, leadership retreats, hackathons, and consciousness raising talks. 

What makes Maven Youth special (like a magical unicorn)? 

At Maven Youth, LGBT+ youth lead and design programs as well as serve in influential training, mentorship, and ambassadorship roles. Our equity-centered programs build confidence and consciousness while developing 21st century career readiness skills through collaborative, project-based learning and leading experiences.

Why we need you (to also be a magical unicorn)? 

Our programs are provided at no cost to LGBT+ youth because the last thing our youth need is another barrier! The Maven Youth experience is made possible by people like you that know we can do better for LGBT+ youth.
