We've made important progress in securing LGBTQ rights, but there's still more work to be done ...

Whether it's we're needed to provide educational programming for local community members, testifying before a local school board, lodging a protest or lobbying for legislative change MassEquality is there.

It's a challenging time for our community, but MassEquality is fighting back to ensure everyone in Massachusetts is treated fairly and with the dignity  and respect they deserve.

With the support of our friends and partners, we've won several important victories this legislative cycle, including banning the abusive practice of conversion therapy for minors in our state and shepherding our bill on comprehensive, LGBTQ-inclusive sex ed reform through the Senate.

But our work is far from over ...
