Equality Federation is an advocacy accelerator rooted in social justice, building power in our network of state-based lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ+) advocacy organizations.
Together, we form the largest national network of 52 partners across 42 states, working for LGBTQ+ equality where change matters the most — the states.
We know that state-based advocacy drives long-term impact, informing the work we do locally, nationally, and everywhere in between. Our approach is intersectional, dedicated to dismantling deepy rooted systems that disproportionately harm trans and nonbinary people, as well as Black, Indigenous, and other LGBTQ+ people of color.
